SL HTPA is an industrial high-temperature nylon chip made from hexamethylenediamine, terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid, adipic acid, caprolactam, and decamethylenediamine through salification, polymerization, drying, and granulation. It has advantages such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and low water absorption, and can meet the production requirements of extrusion, injection molding, and molding. It is widely used in precision molding injection parts in the fields of electronic connectors, LEDs, and low-voltage electrical appliances, as well as high-temperature resistant parts around automobile engines, and fuel tanks and pipelines resistant to fuel and solvents.
This series has the highest high-temperature rigidity and the lowest water absorption rate among the existing grades of Sanli New Materials. It has stable mechanical properties and excellent chemical resistance in both dry and humid environments.

This series has super fluidity and excellent mechanical properties among the existing grades of Sanli New Materials. Due to the presence of PA66 monomer in the components, the water absorption rate is slightly higher than that of the 13 series, and the toughness is improved compared with the 13 series.
